Photo Release

I, the parent or legal guardian of the player named below, grant permission to Alaska Arsenal to photograph and record video of my player during practices, games, tournaments, team events, and related activities. I authorize Alaska Arsenal to use these images and videos in team materials, social media, the Alaska Arsenal website, fundraising materials, sponsor recognition, and other promotional or informational purposes without compensation.

I understand that no personal contact information will be released alongside these images and that this consent remains in effect until I revoke it in writing.
